Emil Lederer · 1921
Lederer’s brief intervention links compiling adopted resolutions to their official transmission and publication. He offers to prepare the compilation, then sets out the procedure:
English translation: The procedure for us would be that, if the report is approved at the next plenary session, it immediately goes to the Cabinet or, as appropriate, the Reich Ministry of Economic Affairs and is published.
Plenary approval is thus the condition for moving the report to government and making it public. The recorded turn concerns implementing decisions; it supplies no account of their substantive content.
