Emil Lederer · 1920
This recorded commission speaking turn consists of a single clarifying question. Lederer asks whether the text under discussion reflects views expressed in an earlier meeting with Herr v. Siemens or simply reproduces the initial draft:
Entspricht das den Meinungen, die damals in der Besprechung, welche mit Herrn v. Siemens gepflogen wurde, geäußert wurden, oder ist das eine unveränderte Wiedergabe des allerersten Entwurfs?
English translation: Does that correspond to the views expressed at the time in the discussion held with Mr. von Siemens, or is it an unchanged reproduction of the very first draft?
The intervention distinguishes a document’s fidelity to prior deliberation from its continuity with an original proposal. Its significance is procedural: Lederer seeks clarification of what the text represents, without stating a substantive position on coal-mining policy.
