English translation: These interesting, lucid and thorough expositions lead the author to the recognition that modern monetary conditions can, juridically, still concede a right of existence only to that doctrine which, as against the opposing interests of the parties, accords consideration solely to the legal valuation of the coinage at the moment of payment.
